HVAC (Heating Ventilating & Air Conditioning) and the Controls that manage and optimize them, usually represent the main component of any energy efficiency improvement project, given most building's HVAC represents 50% of their electricity spend. 

Older systems, even when they are "working" are good candidates for replacement, considering the highly improved efficiencies of newer systems. 

Our HVAC team currently manages HVAC Controls for 30 million SF of commercial space, providing open source technology ensuring the property owner does not get locked into long term expensive maintenance contracts for proprietary systems.  We use all equipment manufacturers to provide the best solutions at the best price for each unique situation.
